contents <p>This study investigates the evolutionary history of the FS CMa-type binary system MWC 728 using detailed stellar evolution modeling. We explore non-conservative mass transfer processes and their impact on the orbital and physical properties of the system. Our results demonstrate that the current observed characteristics of MWC 728 can be reproduced with a model involving strong mass loss and circumbinary interactions. </p>
