| contents | <p>The article presents the importance of a person's psychological safety in the process of<br>forming a safe environment. The problem of psychological safety in complex and dangerous conditions for life<br>and work implies the use of such psychological methods and techniques that will ensure psychological<br>protection, stability and improvement of the quality of life in the above-mentioned conditions.<br>Referring to the psychological safety of a person, the article puts forward the assumption that the more<br>harmoniously the components of a person interact with each other, the more harmoniously the person feels and<br>the more the psychological safety of a person is ensured. The problem of psychological safety of the individual<br>is studied in various fields of science: professional activity, public security, personality psychology, family<br>psychology, etc. In complex and dangerous conditions for life and work, the problem of psychological safety<br>involves the use of such psychological methods and techniques that will ensure psychological protection, stability<br>and improvement of the quality of life in the above-mentioned conditions.<br>The relevance of the topic is due to the sharp increase in emotional tension in the public environment,<br>which occurs due to the rapid change in geopolitical, socio-economic, universal, national and personal values.<br>Almost all spheres of human activity are involved in this process: labor, educational, health care, family.<br>Challenges follow one another at such a speed that sometimes it is almost impossible to adapt to these<br>changes.
