- <p><em><span lang="EN-US">This article explores the significance of the work </span></em><em><span lang="EN-US">Qabusnama</span></em><em><span lang="EN-US"> by Kaykovus ibn Iskandar in the development of Eastern spirituality and ethical thought. The paper analyzes the richness of the book in terms of moral, educational, and pedagogical values, as well as its practical importance in shaping the character of the younger generation. Through the moral advice contained in </span></em><em><span lang="EN-US">Qabusnama</span></em><em><span lang="EN-US">, the author reveals the essence of such concepts as human virtues, norms of etiquette and behavior, a love for knowledge, diligence, and loyalty. The article also highlights how the ideas of the work can be applied in modern educational processes. It substantiates the relevance of Eastern moral and philosophical heritage from both scientific and spiritual perspectives.</span></em></p>
