contents <p><span lang="EN-US">This dataset contains continuous single-plane recordings (frame rate of 2.67–2.72 Hz) from a total of 426 SCN neurons over 3–4 hours in three slices from adult <em>Viaat-Cre::GCaMP6f</em> mice, and were referred as 2D-t slices.</span></p> <p><span lang="EN-US">Each mat file contains following information:</span></p> <p>1. F_set: Raw grayscale values of neuron ROIs, dimensions: [number of neurons × signal length].</p> <p>2. dff_set: ΔF/F values of neuronal calcium signals, same dimensions as above.</p> <p>3. samplingRate: Acquisition frame rate (in Hz or fps).</p> <p>4. POI: Neuron coordinates (single point), given as [x, y].</p>
