contents <p>Figure  10  shows  the  working  process  of  the  automatic  bread  machine.  At  the  beginning,  the <br>raw  materials  are  mixed,  with  the  electric  motor  operating  cyclically  for  300  seconds.  This  is <br>followed  by  kneading,  during  which  the  motor  operates  continuously  for  600  seconds.  Then  the <br>dough  rests  for  300  seconds,  during  which  it  relaxes,  and  kneading  continues  for  1200  seconds  with <br>less  load  on  the  motor.  During  the  following  stages,  the  motor  is  switched  off.  To  round  the  dough, <br>the  motor  is  switched  on  for  3  seconds  and  then  switched  off.  During  each  stage,  visual  signals  are <br>displayed  on  the  machine  display  to  the  user,  informing  them  of  the  current  status  and  progress  in <br>the  execution  of  the  bread-making  program.</p>
