This study focuses on the development of ICT-enhanced
learning models and educational materials for students at the Pelamonia
Health Institute, Kesdam XIV Hasanuddin. The utilization of ICT tools,
such as e-learning platforms, electronic books, and online tutorials,
facilitates a more interactive and flexible learning environment. This
research explores the importance of designing ICT-based learning models
that are not only accessible but also capable of improving the quality of
education by addressing issues related to learning accessibility, equity,
and the overall effectiveness of teaching. The study applies the ADDIE
model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation)
as the framework for creating suitable learning materials and
methodologies tailored to the specific needs of the students. It emphasizes
the need for a well-structured and systematic approach to ensure that ICT
can effectively support educational outcomes. Ultimately, the goal is to
provide an engaging, efficient, and effective learning experience for
students, leveraging the potential of ICT to enhance their academic
journey and improve educational performance.
