| contents | <p>This folder contains the raw data and code used to generate plots for the manuscript "Probing a minimal Kitaev chain with gate reflectometry"</p> <div>There are two jupyter notebook files for generating the plots.</div> <div>To run the jupyter notebook, install Anaconda and create an appropriate environment by execute the .yml file:</div> <div><code>conda env create -f environment.yml</code></div> <div>Activate the environment by running</div> <div><code>conda activate gate_sensing</code></div> <div>And execute the jupyter lab to launch the notebooks:</div> <div><code>jupyter lab</code></div> <div> </div> <div>The raw data from the measurements is stored in the qcodes database file in '.db' format. Datasets are loaded and transformed into xarray format for further processing.</div> <div>We included all the datasets thourgh out the whole experiment. By running the plotting script "plotting.ipynb", all the plots in the manuscript can be generated.</div> <div>For viewing other datasets in the databases, one can use the package in the folder 'output_dataset'. It provides automatically plotting for any dataset with some minimal configuration options.</div> |
