- <p>This research focuses on developing an Android-based solution to address common issues in managing<br>college events and activities. Many events suffer from poor outreach due to inefficient online registration<br>and ticketing systems, resulting in low attendance. Additionally, students often miss out on event sign-ups<br>due to a lack of timely information about upcoming activities. For organizers, tracking attendance and<br>distributing certificates manually pose challenges, leading to errors and delays. Our event management<br>application addresses these challenges by providing real-time notifications about events, webinars, and<br>club activities, ensuring students stay informed. The app features secure authentication, a real-time<br>database to store event data, in-app messaging for communication, push notifications for event updates,<br>and a payment gateway for ticketing and event fees. The attendance tracking system allows educators and<br>planners to record attendance digitally, reducing errors and streamlining the process. Additionally, we<br>have created a separate co-coordinator panel where coordinators can view the number of entries for each<br>event and the number of participants for each event. Overall, the application offers a comprehensive, userfriendly solution for educators, students, and event organizers to manage and participate in college events<br>more efficiently. </p>
