The list contained data named: Name, address, working hours, if is it KE.PO. (post office that offers extra services related to the citizen's services), if it opperates in summer or only. There are separate PDF files for each district and each type of ownership.</span></p> <p><strong><span lang="EN-GB">Data Preparation:</span></strong></p> <p><span lang="EN-GB">We processed these PDF files further to obtain coordinates based on addresses and postcodes. We convert all PDF files to Excel files to ease adding more fields and combining data in one main file. </span><span lang="EN-GB">Then, using Python in Jupiter notes, we obtained the coordinates for each address (Longitude and Latitude) using an API key from OpenStreetMap. However, a manual review of all the points was needed as some addresses provided initially on the PDF were not accurate or were not written appropriately.
