Likun Zhong.</p><p><b>Distribution.</b> China (Hainan, Yunnan, Guangxi), Vietnam.</p><p><b>Mitogenome of <i>Opamata lipcowa</i></b></p><p>The total length of the mitogenome sequence of <i>O. lipcowa</i> was 14,842 bp, including 13 protein-coding genes (PCGs), 22 tRNA genes, 2 rRNA genes, and a 576-bp-long AT-rich region (Fig S1; Table S1). Most PCGs except ATP8 and ND5 using TTG had typical ATN start codons, and terminated with TAA/TAG or a single T residue (Table S1). The gene arrangement of <i>O. lipcowa</i> is consistent with other microleafhopper mitogenomes (Yan <i>et al.</i>, 2022; Zhou <i>et al.</i>, 2023). The complete mitochondrial genome was found to have the following overall base composition: Adenine (A) accounting for 44.3%, Thymine (T) for 31.3%, Guanine (G) for 10.3%, and Cytosine (C) for 13.9% (Table S2). The AT content of PCGs, tRNAs, rRNAs and AT-rich region were 73.5%, 77.6%, 82.2%, and 88.6%, respectively (Table S2). The three most frequently used codons were UUA (L), UCA (S), and UCU (S), respectively (Fig S2; Table S3).</p> |
