contents

This paper presents a novel derivation of the inverse-square law of distance, based on a model in which gravity arises from discrete impacts of gravitons emitted by matter. According to this model, the strength of gravity depends on the frequency and directional distribution of graviton emission. Assuming uniform emission from a point-like or spherical source, Newton’s law of gravitation is naturally recovered. It is also shown that gravitational attraction increases when the emitting body is colder or not radiating, offering a natural explanation for the missing mass in galaxies without invoking the assumption of dark matter. A subsequent dimensional analysis of the gravitational constant further suggests that depends on microscopic properties of gravitons, such as their mass, frequency, and interaction range. We propose that the dark energy effect responsible for the accelerated expansion of the universe can be explained without introducing a new force, but as a consequence of the repulsive interaction of gravitons emitted from distant galaxies...»
