| contents | <p>This paper presents the structure and function of the first stage in the Integrated Decisional System within the sixth phase of the Global Artificial Intelligence (GAI). This stage is centred on the integrated database of decisions, where all global/specific and particular decisions are systematically filed, assessed, and categorised. Decisions are managed according to priority, origin, relative frequency, and historical contradictions, allowing for dynamic organisation and rational harmonisation. The system incorporates logical sets and Venn diagram-based operations to optimise assessment processes, enabling rapid identification of conflicts, reuse of historical resolutions, and scalable auto-replication of decision-making logic. This stage provides the foundation for rational coherence and operational continuity across the integrated GAI.</p> |
