| contents | <p>This is data and code to support the manuscript "Choices to landscapes: Mechanisms of animal movement scale to landscape patterns of space use". This repository contains R scripts, data files, and directions for conducting analyses to reproduce the results of the paper. The entire paper can be replicated from a single '.rmd' file, in the open-source RStudio IDE program. We include a README file to provide clear instructions for reproducing the analyses, and a metadata file to interpret the contents of the raw data supplied. Movement data are open source (described in the main text), and code to process these data (and derivative data products) are provided.</p> <p> </p> |
