- <p>PRODIGEES secondments take place on the basis of jointly agreed-upon Secondment Contract and Researcher Declaration between staff, home and hosting institution. They are aligned with objectives, obligations and responsibilities and the approved R&I objectives described in WP2, WP3, and WP4. The concept is documented by two forms: 1) Researcher Commitment Form, and 2) Researcher Declaration Form. Each research secondee in PRODIGEES is required to fill out and sign both forms. By signing the 1) Researcher Commitment Form, research staff agree to the EU and PRODIGEES standards for high quality and ethical research, including abiding by EU-GDPR and national data protection regulations. By filling out and signing the 2) Researcher Declaration Form, researchers provide the biographical details necessary to record their secondment on SyGMa. As well, researchers use this form to provide a summarized research proposal for their PRODIGEES secondment.</p> <p>PRODIGEES implemented 74 research secondments for a total of 149 person-months (PM), including 56 individual staff members from the ten partner institutes.</p> <p>Deliverable D1.3 compiles all Researcher Commitment forms and Researcher Declaration forms of project researchers.</p>
