This paper evaluates the interrelation between innovation, sustainable business practices, and economic impacts of Indian cinema with special regard to the growing depiction and representation of women in the industry. The research examines the changes that women-centric narratives, female producers, and other modern technologies bring to films and the accompanying socio-economic transformations. For this purpose, qualitative content analysis of selected films, biographical case studies of Indian cinema women, evaluation of economic consequences of women's feature films were conducted. The research results state how Indian movies act as both a reflection and impulse of change, aiding in achieving social equality, advancements in technology, and sustainable practices, while also making tremendous profits.

Keywords: Innovation, Economic Impact, Indian Cinema, Women's Empowerment, Sustainable Filmmaking
