| contents |
The current study's goal is to investigate the existence of Employee Engagement practices across the largest organizations operating in India, as well as to identify common patterns in the Indian industry. Employee engagement is a unique notion that bears similarities with other concepts. Organizations have historically relied on financial measures or hard numbers to assess their performance value and health, but human resources and how they are managed are receiving more attention in the analysis of gaining a competitive advantage. The so-called “soft,” human-oriented measures, like employee attitudes, traits, and perception, are now being recognized as significant predictors of employee behavior and performance. Numerous studies have connected corporate benefits including productivity, quality enhancement, and talent retention to employee engagement. Employee performance measures the individual’s financial and non-financial results, which are directly related to the organization’s profitability and performance Numerous studies demonstrate that emphasizing employee engagement is a key strategy for improving worker performance any organization, regardless of its industry, can use the study's findings to create a robust policy for employee engagement that incorporates a variety of these engagement related criteria. Based on the elements discussed in this paper, managers can restructure work and polices to create a more contented staff. Anyone looking to learn more about employee engagement to boost or generational performance may find this article useful. Uses and Enhancements: The study's findings have implications for the future, as integrating different engagement variables can reduce staff turnover and increase productivity. Because it affects output, job happiness, and general performance, employee engagement is a crucial component of organizational success. The impact of employee engagement on business outcomes is examined in this study along with the major tactics used by firms to improve engagement, the difficulties in sustaining high levels of engagement, and the quantifiable advantages of having an engaged workforce. According to the research, companies that place a high priority on employee engagement see improvements in workplace culture, lower attrition, and increased profitability.
|
