contents <p>This work presents a unified framework for deriving core physical formulas based on the discrete causal time step $\tau_0$. By imposing minimal time units, causality, and low-pass constraints, classical and quantum formulas are recovered as limiting cases of a discrete evolution. We demonstrate how Newton's second law, Einstein's mass-energy equivalence, the Schr\"odinger equation, the second law of thermodynamics, and Maxwell's equations naturally emerge from $\tau_0$-discretized causal rules. Furthermore, we discuss the physical meaning of continuity as a mathematical approximation, the role of $\tau_0$ in limiting information propagation, and the universality of discrete causal steps across scales.</p>
