•
This white paper proposes a multilayer hybrid shield (“Real Force Field”) that can be built and tested with 2025 components. Layer 1 is an electrostatic/ion-wind curtain: a 6–10 kV corona emitter and 1–3 kV collector form an invisible barrier that charges and drifts aerosols toward washable plates, assisted by a low-power jet (U ≥ 1.5 m s⁻¹ at < 15 W). We enforce ozone-safe operation via in-line O₃ sensing and AC+KMnO₄ cartridges, with a unified acceptance limit ΔO₃ ≤ 10–20 ppb at the outlet. Layer 2 is a compact magnetic bubble for charged-particle deflection: a multi-turn REBCO ring (r ≈ 0.5–1 m) designed by B=μ0NI/(2r)B=\mu_0 NI/(2r)B=μ0NI/(2r) with NI ≈ 0.32–0.64 MA-turn to reach B ≈ 0.2–0.4 T in the lab; fields and currents are mapped by magneto-optic (KCR) sensors with lock-in readout. Layer 3 is a transient plasma skin that darkens incident laser energy (≥ 20 dB attenuation in a closed test cell). Residual mass/impacts are handled by a Whipple-style bumper (CNT-foam + Al₂O₃ tiles). We detail KPIs and Go/No-Go gates: ΔPM₂.₅ ≥ 50–70% across a 1 m aperture; U ≥ 1.5 m s⁻¹; ΔO₃ within limit; magnetic map R2≥0.97R^2 ≥ 0.97R2≥0.97; plasma attenuation ≥ 20 dB. Safety covers HV creepage/EMC, interlocks, and laser protocols. The contribution is a reproducible, open-hardware pathway—BOMs, equations, CSV/QA.json schemas, and SOPs—so other groups can validate, improve, or repurpose the stack for environmental, industrial, and space-systems use.
