contents <p><span lang="EN-US">CMIP6 (Coupled Model Intercomparison Project Phase 6) derived sea surface Chla (mg m<sup>-3</sup>), MLD (m), upper 100 m water column integrated primary productivity (NPP, mg C m<sup>-2</sup> d<sup>-1</sup>), and profile seawater temperature (</span><span lang="EN-US">℃</span><span lang="EN-US">) and salinity (psu) data in the northern South China Sea, through the NOAA's Climate Change Web Portal. We selected 30-year moving average, annually ensemble models average value for above parameter, during 1985-2100. All collected data have a 1° spatial resolution.</span></p>
