contents
This paper introduces the Ontological Calibration Theory (OCT),
a novel framework that resolves the quantum measurement problem
by providing an ontological mechanism for wavefunction collapse. We
posit that the transition from quantum potentiality to classical actu-
ality is not a mere observational artifact but a fundamental physical
process—a spontaneous symmetry breaking event we term Ontological
Calibration. This process is governed by the topological dynamics of
a pre-spacetime manifold and results in the holographic projection of
information into our 4D spacetime. The emission of a photon during
a quantum transition is presented as the prime empirical signature
of this calibration. We derive a precise mathematical formalism from
an 11-dimensional supergravity basis, compactified on a G2-holonomy
manifold, showing that the photon energy is determined by its topo-
logical invariants. The theory not only recovers the standard quantum
mechanical predictions but also makes novel, testable predictions be-
yond the Standard Model, establishing a profound link between com-
binatorial mathematics, topology, and fundamental physics
