- <p>We present Meta Eirenology, a unified metalinguage that bridges the Italian Constitution (LEX‑IT), the European Convention on Human Rights (LEX‑ECHR), and a newly formalised axiomatic framework for peace studies (Eirenology). LEX‑UNI combines deontic tokens, empirical variables and inferential rules to enable machine‑verifiable proofs linking legal obligations to quantitative peace indicators. We detail the construction pipeline, provide a worked demonstration, and discuss applicability and limitations. This paper invites academic critique of both the linguistic formalism and its underlying methodological assumptions.</p>
