Details and instructions on using this database cleaning pipeline is available at <a href="https://ecoflux-lab.github.io/PipelineDocumentation/PipelineDocumentation.html">pipelinedocumentation – EcoFlux Lab</a>.</li> <li>Database: Based on the above database cleaning pipleline, this folder stores all the flux and cleaned datasets. See documentation in the above website.</li> <li>Codes: python codes for postprocessing and generating of figures and tables for the Manuscript.</li> <li>Sites-Ameriflux csv: This folder containes Ameriflux csv output, generated after cleaned by the Ecoflux Lab Data Cleaning Pipeline.</li> </ul>
