This species resembles <i>C. brasiliensis</i> in the morphology of the head, scutellun, mesopectus, metapleural-propodeal complex and wings. But is easily separated from this species by the antenna of female with F2 and F3 small, subcircular (F2 to F4 small and subcircular in <i>C. brasiliensis</i>), antennal club consisting of eight flagellomeres (antennal club consisting of seven flagellomeres in <i>C. brasiliensis</i>); medial bridge of pronotal plate narrow (medial bridge of pronotal plate broad in <i>C. brasiliensis</i>), dorsal margin of pronotal plate straight (dorsal margin of pronotal plate scarcely emarginated in <i>C. brasiliensis</i>); the dorsal surface of scutellum punctate-rugose (dorsal surface of scutellum reticulate-rugose in <i>C. brasiliensis</i>) and syntergum without micropunctures distally (syntergum with micropunctures distally in <i>C. brasiliensis</i>) among other characters listed below.</p><p><b>Description. Female.</b> (Fig. 2a) Body length 1.20-1.40 mm. <b>Color</b>. Head, mesosoma and metasoma brown.</p><p><b>Head</b>. Antenna (Fig. 2b) with F1 as long as F2 and F3 together; F2 and F3 small, subcircular; F4-F11 subequal in length, antennal club consisting of eight flagellomeres. <b>Pronotum</b>. Pronotal plate small. Medial bridge of pronotal plate narrow (Fig. 3b). Dorsal margin of pronotal plate straight. Sides of pronotum with setae behind gena. <b>Mesoscutellum.</b> Dorsal surface of scutellum punctate-rugose (Fig. 2c, arrow; 2d). <b>Metapleutal-propodeal complex</b>. (Fig. 2d) Posterior margin of metapleura scarcely straight in middle portion (Fig.2d, arrow), without carina. <b>Wings</b>. Apical margin of forewings almost rounded (Fig. 2a). <b>Legs.</b> Fore and mid coxa with patch of setae dorsolaterally, hind coxa with posterodorsal row of setae. <b>Metasoma</b>. Base of syntergum with hairy ring complete dorsally, distally without micropunctures.</p><p><b>Male</b>. Unknown.</p><p><b>Etymology.</b> The specific name is proposed in honor of Reche's daughter, Priscila.</p><p><b>Biology</b>. Unknown.</p><p><b>Distribution. Brazil.</b> Paraná. <b>Argentina.</b> La Pampa.</p><p><b>Type material.</b> <b>BRAZIL. PARANÁ. State Park “Mata São Francisco ”</b>. <b>Holotype</b> 1 female north edge of the park, between the forest and plantations, 14-XII-2009; near to the stream margin, 15-IV-2010; inside the forest, 14-VIII-2009, pitfall trap, N.G. Cipola coll. <b>Paratypes</b> 1 female, same data of Holotype (MLP). <b>ARGENTINA</b>. <b>LA PAMPA. Toay Departament.
