contents <h3>Description</h3> <p>This preprint introduces the <strong>URCM Resource Model</strong> (Universal Regularized Cascade Metric) as a unifying framework for memory-driven stability and cascade dynamics across mathematics, plasma physics, and nuclear fusion research.</p> <p>We respectfully invite the <strong>scientific community</strong> to engage in open discussion, independent validation, and constructive testing of the model. Our aim is not to impose conclusions but to provide a reproducible foundation — a resource for collaborative research and applied exploration.</p> <p><strong>Acknowledgement</strong>:<br>Special gratitude to the people of Norway for the supportive environment in which this work has been developed.</p> <p><strong>Note from the authors</strong>:<br>We do not seek to dictate outcomes, but rather to open a pathway for <strong>joint inquiry, rigorous collaboration, and shared discovery</strong>.
