contents <h1>PHANTOM: Primordial Black Holes And Nonlinear perTurbations fOr siMulations</h1> <p><strong>Brief Description</strong><br>PHANTOM is a Fortran-based code that generates Gadget-format initial conditions for cosmological simulations including the effects of Primordial Black Holes (PBHs). It reads an existing IC file, inserts PBHs either at the box center or in a distribution, and applies perturbations to surrounding gas and dark matter. The code includes options for baryon–dark matter streaming velocities, nonlinear corrections, and self-consistent PBH–PBH interactions. By toggling preprocessor flags, users can explore a wide variety of early-Universe PBH scenarios ranging from rare single-seed cases to extended PBH populations. PHANTOM is designed as a flexible research tool for studying the role of PBHs in cosmic structure formation.</p>
