contents <p>The conference proceedings include an abstract, a presentation and a video recording of the talk given during a remote session. The talk discloses newly discovered transformations of fungal 10-membered lactones (TMLs) into polyfunctionalized pyrane derivatives. These transformations include a tandem of transannulation and isomerisation/Ritter reaction/aza-Michael addition. The data illustrates a persistent tendency of TMLs to form derivatives with 6-membered ring heterocyclic core and could be potentially used to facilitate synthesis of these polycyclic structures.</p>
