- <p>This dataset contains the de-identified patient-level data used in the study <em>"Statin Therapy and Mortality in Critically Ill Heart Failure Patients" (v1.0)</em>. It comprises demographic characteristics, laboratory values, comorbidities, statin-exposure variables, and in-hospital mortality outcomes for adult patients admitted to intensive care with a primary diagnosis of heart failure. The data were extracted from Medical Information Mart for Intensive Care (MIMIC-IV, v2.2) and are supplied in both CSV and RData formats to facilitate reproducibility. A configuration file (PRJ-1.ini) and a compressed archive (PRJ-1.7z) with analysis scripts and complete statistical results are also provided. All patient identifiers have been removed in accordance with HIPAA standards. This release (v1.0) corresponds to the analyses reported in the main publication.</p>
