- The volume of information today is immense, but what is important for organizations is not more information, but accurate and real information. In this article, the author attempts to design a new method for determining and diagnosing real information needs in an objective manner and based on the organization's goals. At the end of this method, a map of the organization's external environment is obtained, which is used to guide the organization in a turbulent future.
