- This article is supposed to define document delivery services, explain its historical background and discuss its interrelated concepts, including interlibrary loan, acquisition of materials, collection building, etc in brief. An explanation of the process of document delivery services, its prerequisites and also some important accessories for operating this services along with the acutance with job description of this divisions staff and are some other parts of the present article. At last, a bibliography of document delivery and interlibrary loan services in Persian Language is presented (have is no claim that this bibliography is complete) to develop and improve further studies in the concept of document delivery services.
