-

This study develops a predictive model for postural deformities among 1,200 school children (ages 11–15) in northern India, using binary logistic regression analysis. Based on lifestyle and demographic variables, six significant predictors were identified: age, weight, region, school furniture comfort, frequent health problems, and lack of awareness about posture. The model demonstrated 82.3% classification accuracy, indicating strong potential for early identification and intervention in postural health among school-aged populations.

Keywords: Postural Deformities, Logistic Regression, School Children, Lifestyle Factors, Northern India, Predictive Modeling
