The talk highlights PSDI’s growing suite of training resources; including self-paced courses, case studies, and community-led workshops, designed to address skills gaps in data management, digital tools, and FAIR practices. It also discusses the importance of community engagement and the role of training in fostering a culture of best practice across the physical sciences.</p>
