- <p dir="ltr">ezVolcano is a Shiny R application developed for highly customizable and interactive volcano plots without code. Datapoint labels can be added or removed by simply clicking on data points and repositioned by dragging. Most aesthetic settings of the <em>plotly </em>package can be adjusted directly in the GUI. Label positions and aesthetic settings can be saved locally and reloaded for later sessions or file sharing.</p> <p>The online version of ezVolcano is available at <a href="https://rc2754.shinyapps.io/ezVolcano/">https://rc2754.shinyapps.io/ezVolcano/</a>.</p> <p>Source code is available under the MIT license at <a href="https://github.com/rc2754/ezVolcano">https://github.com/rc2754/ezVolcano</a> which can be run locally through RStudio.</p>
