- <p><strong>Carcharhinus.xlsx file: </strong>This dataset comprises specimen-level records of tooth morphology and associated metadata. Each entry documents taxonomic classification (Order, Family, Genus, Species, and Common Name), biological and geographic information (Total Length, Sex, Country of origin), and anatomical attributes (Jaw, Position, Side, Serration characteristics, and Scale). Metadata fields (File Name, Usage status, Tooth Comment, Type, Reference Number, Other Comments, Digitized status, and Source) provide traceability and curation context.</p> <p><strong>Traits.xlsx file: </strong>This dataset provides species-level ecological and conservation attributes. Taxonomic classification include (Order, Family, Genus, Species, Common Name) along with conservation status (IUCN Red List category). Habitat and ecological traits are also provided (Body Size Class, Ecomorphotype, Depth range).</p> <p><strong>Diets.xlsx file:</strong> This dataset records species-level ecological and morphological information. Taxonomic classification is provided (Order, Family, Genus, Species, Common Name), along with gut-content derived compositional diets. Morphometric data include: Trophic Level (TL), Sample size (N, n), and Maximum Total Length from the Cortés 1999. IUCN Red List category (as of 2025) and habitat/ecology notes are provided.</p> <p><strong>index.html file:</strong> This is our rendered Quarto report that includes our R code and related results. This file can be opened with any web-browser.</p> <p><strong>index.qmd file:</strong> This is our Quarto report. This .qmd file can be opened without installing the Quarto Client and quarto R library.
