This article proposes an operational framework to transform a doctrinal corpus (Volume I of the Axeis Premium Collection) into a multifaceted tool: (1) academic legitimation; (2) operational doctrinal handbook; (3) soft power projection. Building on a conceptual framework that defines imperial terrorism and the Total African Doctrine (memory — invisibility — multipolar projection), the article outlines a dissemination methodology and a 12-month operational roadmap. It also discusses the limits, risks, and levers of influence in a multipolar world. Cet article propose une démarche opérationnelle pour transformer un corpus doctrinal (Tome I de la Collection Premium Axeis) en un outil multiforme : (1) légitimation académique ; (2) manuel doctrinal opérationnel ; (3) projection de soft power. À partir d’un cadre conceptuel définissant le terrorisme impérial et la doctrine africaine totale (mémoire — invisibilité — projection multipolaire), l’article présente une méthodologie de dissémination et une feuille de route opérationnelle sur 12 mois. Il discute enfin des limites, risques et leviers d’influence dans un monde multipolaire.
