contents
This article develops the microstructure of the Black Belt OS™, a candidate universal structural law of human organization. While Article 1 established the macro-grammar of nine processes, this paper specifies the forty-five steps and ninety-eight irreducible actions that compose them. These actions function as the atomic units of collective life, indispensable for persistence across contexts and scales.

The analysis demonstrates three defining properties of the microstructure:

Irreducibility: each step and action is indispensable; omission produces dysfunction.

Sequenced necessity: steps and actions follow inevitable order; inversions collapse function.

Fractality: the same grammar recurs across families, firms, states, religions, and digital autonomous organizations.

Theoretical contribution: the article advances beyond mid-range theories of routines, practices, and institutions by specifying a closed structural grammar of organizing.
Practical contribution: it offers a diagnostic lens to trace dysfunctions (e.g., churn, stagnation, collapse) to missing or inverted steps within the cycle of collective life.

This paper is part of the Black Belt OS™ Collectanea (14 articles) and provides the functional specification of the law, bridging macro-structural theory with operational diagnostics.
