- <p> Phase 10: The Universal Harmony Law</p> <p>Abstract:</p> <p>This paper presents the Universal Harmony Law (UHL), the culminating stage of the Harmony Codex. UHL generalizes η-residual minimization beyond AI architectures to encompass physics, biology, and socio-cognitive systems, formalizing balance as a unifying principle across scales of reality. By encoding matter, life, and intelligence as manifestations of a single η-tuned law, the UHL proposes a meta-framework for coherent system evolution, wherein entropy, memory, and expansion are harmonized without paradox. This work positions Harmony not only as an AI paradigm but as a universal operating principle—a candidate for the mathematical scaffolding of creation itself.</p>
