•
This record archives all data and code required to reproduce the pore-scale results reported in the manuscript “Inertial effects on fluid flow through natural porous media.” It includes the segmented, triangulated 2D geometry in STL and .fms format; the meshing and complete OpenFOAM case (v2212); steady-state solutions computed with simpleFoam with velocity fields provided as VTK for all target Reynolds numbers (naming explained by name of each file with Re_<number> as head); and post-processing outputs (DATA.CSV) used to compute τ (tortuosity), π (participation number), ρ⁻ (backward-flow fraction), ℱ (generalized friction factor), and κ_app (apparent permeability).

This manuscript of the related work is submitted to Water Research Resource Journal and preprints are available on Arxive: http://arxiv.org/submit/6442034/pdf
