•
Thailand's wellness tourism is all about its culture and old healing methods. This paper looks at what Thailand does, like Tok Sen massage, herb treatments, meditation, and traditional Thai medicine, and how these fit into hotels and resorts. It talks about regenerative tourism, which is more than just being sustainable; it helps the environment, economy, and culture.

The study says it’s important for wellness tourism to be real and true to its culture. It looks at how local practices can be brought back to life in hotels and spas. It also figures out good ways for small businesses in tourism to market themselves. By looking at wellness as part of culture, spirit, and body, this research gives ideas for making wellness tourism products that are culturally meaningful and good for the economy. These products can then support local communities and travelers from all over the world.

Keywords
Wellness Tourism; Thai Traditional Medicine; Tok Sen Massage; Regenerative Tourism; Cultural Heritage; Indigenous Healing; Hospitality Integration; Spa Design; Authenticity; Mindfulness; Herbal Therapy; Thailand
