  • <p><strong><span>ABSTRACT</span></strong></p> <p><span>Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) are becoming increasingly prominent in banking activities. In India, all banks are adopting this technology to provide faster, better, more accessible, and reliable services. ATM services are expected to grow significantly, and India can be seen as a market with huge potential for their expansion. In the coming years, ATMs are likely to offer more personalized services and user-friendly interfaces. However, despite the rapid growth of ATM services, certain concerns still exist in the minds of users. These include issues such as security, rising transaction and annual charges, and a lack of awareness regarding the availability and usage of ATM card services. This study is mainly focused on examining the impact of ATM services on customer behavior. The primary data was collected through a Google Form questionnaire using the convenient sampling method. The sample respondents for this study consist of ATM card holders</span></p>
