The study investigates the responses of riparian forest plant communities to the hydrological impacts of river regulation by a dam. Historical and recent plot data were analyzed to assess how species composition and the abundance of moisture-demanding, ruderal, and alien species respond to dam-induced flow alterations in the context of climate change. The provided script performs data processing, statistical analysis, and visualization of the results.</p>
