| contents | <p><span>One of the preferred AI language models that can be used in natural language interaction with consumers is Open AI's ChatGPT. Based on a quantitative research methodology with a questionnaire survey method, this study examines the factors that influence users' acceptance and use of ChatGPT using the theory of acceptance model (TAM). Respondents in this study were 100 ChatGPT users. Acceptance and use of ChatGPT through the theory of acceptance and use (TAM). The findings are six factors, there are five factors accepted, but one factor is rejected, namely the perceived interactivity factor User participation with ChatGPT is explained by perceived interactivity and shows that in the future people will use chat gpt to help them in terms of learning.</span></p> |
