- <p><strong>Title:</strong> Modernization of the Local Lighting Device for the Recreation Area</p> <p><strong>Abstract (English):</strong> The article discusses the modernization of an outdated fluorescent desk lamp used for local lighting in a recreation area. The research analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of traditional fluorescent lighting and justifies the transition to modern LED technology. The modernization process included dismantling the old components, replacing the sockets and power unit, installing a new LED lamp, and reassembling the device. As a result, the updated lighting device demonstrated a 2.5-fold reduction in energy consumption, a threefold increase in service life, improved illumination, environmental safety due to the absence of mercury, and instant, flicker-free operation.
