Additionally, AI-powered business simulations are fostering digital literacy and problem-solving skills, equipping students with the skills required for the modern workforce. This </span><span>paper</span><span lang="EN-GB"> also identifies critical challenges such as infrastructure deficits, faculty resistance, policy gaps,</span><span lang="EN-GB"> </span><span lang="EN-GB">and limited AI literacy among business educators. In Addressing these challenges, </span><span>the paper</span><span lang="EN-GB"> proposes strategic recommendations including curriculum reform, faculty training, industry collaboration, and inclusive access initiatives were put forward.
