- <p>This article examines the relationship between formal education and the broader social and community factors that shape individual and societal success. It argues that while education remains vital for personal growth and national development, it is not sufficient on its own to ensure life fulfillment or economic stability. <br>By comparing contexts in developed and developing nations, the paper highlights how associations, friendships, biographies, and community interactions act as informal learning systems that complement formal education. These social influences enhance exposure, build resilience, and shape values that contribute to long-term success. <br>The study concludes that transformative education must integrate both formal and informal dimensions, emphasizing the importance of social networks, cultural context, and lifelong learning in achieving sustainable development and inclusive progress.</p>
