contents
This project presents the Law of Rhythmic-Energetic Mediation (LREM), a theoretical framework that describes the balance between energy and rhythm as the foundation for systemic coherence and psychological regulation.

The central formula E⊥R⇒H=Hmax proposes that when energy and rhythm are orthogonally coupled (E⊥R), a third parameter (H) reaches its optimal value (H = Hmax), representing adaptability, coherence, or Heart Rate Variability (HRV) in biological systems.

Developed independently by the author, this theory connects symbolic structures, physiological regulation, and systemic organization. Its applications span psychology, sociology, biology, complex systems, and philosophy of science.

The work is protected under intellectual property law and is intended to stimulate scientific and interdisciplinary exploration.
