- <p><strong>ViroSurface</strong> is a software tool for analyzing tomographic or volumetric Cryo-EM images to characterize the surface geometry of virus-like particles. It takes Gag-lattice coordinates from a .tbl file as input, identifies the corresponding outer or inner membrane surface within a defined range, and calculates local surface curvature values such as principal curvatures. The software also measures and visualizes the distance between the membrane surface and the Gag lattice.</p>
