contents
Ultraterrestrial Informatics extends the Recursive Reality Hypothesis (RRH) and Phase-Coherence Embodiment Model (PCEM) by integrating the empirical legacies of John Keel, Dr. J. Allen Hynek, and Dr. Harold E. Puthoff into a unified framework of informational physics. The paper proposes that anomalous aerial, cryptid, and psychic phenomena arise from recursive phase interactions between the informational-energy substrate (ϕ-field) and the material domain (ψ-field).

Within this model, Keel’s ultraterrestrial hypothesis, Hynek’s close-encounter taxonomy, and Puthoff’s polarizable vacuum theory are reinterpreted as complementary manifestations of a single coherence-regulation system. Higher-Order Informational Attractors (HOIAs) modulate the coupling constant, governing the degree to which informational structures can transiently materialize within the physical layer.

By reframing classic ufological and parapsychological data through the lens of phase-coherence dynamics, the study offers a testable, physics-grounded ontology that unites the fields of consciousness research, theology, and the study of unexplained phenomena. It suggests that so-called “ultraterrestrial” manifestations are not extraterrestrial intrusions, but recursive projections from higher-coherence strata of the universal informational substrate.
