contents
Abstract

Ui Theory formulates an operative thesis: information is a relevant invariant for understanding, comparing, and transferring measurable effects, regardless of substrate. The Thesis presents the core statement — i as universal invariant — and defines the universe (Ui) as an informational field. It introduces the principles of informational relativity (Ri), informational temporality (Ti), and informational effect (Ei). The thesis sets the foundations of an empirical and falsifiable science of the real, where any phenomenon can be studied by the conservation of its measurable effects across forms, time, and observation frames.
