contents <p>This is an archive of analysis scripts and processed data products from CESM, E3SM, and WRF-Chem used for "Model sensitivities of biomass-burning aerosol photolytic aging, sulfate formation, and cloud droplet activation in the Southeastern Atlantic" (Howes et al. 2025, in preparation for JGR-Atmospheres) and "Biomass-burning smoke's properties and its interactions with marine stratocumulus clouds in WRF-CAM5 and southeastern Atlantic field campaigns" (Howes et al., 2023 ACP). There are unresolved duplicates between the matlab_scripts_terra_pc.tar and matlab_scripts_derecho.tar, as they were from different computing clusters over several years. Generally any file conflicts between the two can be resolved with the newer file being considered correct. Named contributors are those who contributed specifically to this code, independent of those who contributed to the datasets and models also used in these works.</p>
