| contents | <p>This paper redefines “structural sin before judgment” as a central concept of future ethics, drawing on Future Convergence Theory (FCT) and the Λ‑System. Traditional ethical discussions have focused on the moment of judgment, choice, or execution. In contrast, this study demonstrates that pre‑judgment structures—such as institutions, language, social systems, and military deployments—fundamentally determine the future judgment possibility and semantic density available to individuals and societies.</p> <p>In a future‑causal framework, judgment is not merely the act of choosing but the design of the semantic density tensor space that allows choice to exist at all. Ethical responsibility therefore does not originate in the outcome of a decision, but in the conditions of possibility for making that decision. To formalize this, the paper introduces the Design‑Origin Ethical Tensor (DOET) and Judgment Possibility Tensor (JPT), which enable the evaluation of latent ethical responsibility embedded in social institutions, warfare structures, education systems, and policy design.</p> <p>The Λ‑System serves as a future‑causal ethical auditing framework that can detect, quantify, and reconstruct the origin of ethical responsibility before any judgment occurs. This allows for the institutional guarantee of judgment possibility in future societies and the preemptive neutralization of war and violence at the design stage.
